How Postora uses AI
When you tap Generate, your prompt is sent through our server to Google's Gemini AI model, which writes the design (as a graphic) and the caption and hashtags. Nothing is posted anywhere for you: you decide what to download and publish.
What to expect
- It can be wrong. AI can invent details, misread your request or produce odd layouts. We ask the AI not to add facts you did not give, but we cannot guarantee it. Check every name, date, price and claim before you post.
- It can be similar to other results. Different users with similar prompts may receive similar designs.
- It is not professional advice. Do not rely on Postora for legal, medical, financial or safety information.
What is not allowed
Do not use Postora to create content that is illegal; promotes violence, hatred or harassment; sexually explicit or exploitative content, in particular anything involving minors; misleading or fraudulent content, impersonation or fake endorsements; or content that infringes someone else's rights. We instruct the AI to avoid unsafe output and Google applies its own safety systems, but filters are not perfect.
Your responsibilities
- Review each post before you publish it.
- Only use brand names, logos and images you have the right to use.
- Follow the rules of the platform where you post, including any requirement to label AI-generated content.
Report a problem
If a post is offensive, unsafe, inaccurate in a harmful way or breaks the rules above:
- In the app, open the post and tap Report content. This opens an email to us with the details filled in.
- Or email info@oneplexo.com.
We review reports, use them to improve our prompts and safeguards, and may limit access for users who repeatedly misuse the app.

Your prompt is processed to create your post and is not stored by us. See the privacy policy for details, including how Google handles requests to its AI service.
