Privacy policy

Plain-language summary: no accounts, no servers, your stats stay on your phone. Ads are shown by Google AdMob.

The short version. Sol Pudhir has no accounts and does not send your guesses, results or stats anywhere. Everything is stored on your phone. The app shows ads using Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising ID.

Who we are

What stays on your phone

  • Your settings (theme, text size, colours, vibration).
  • Your games in progress, your results, your streak and your guess statistics.

The daily word is chosen on your phone from the date, so the app does not need a server. We never receive this information. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes it, and we cannot recover it for you. If you use the Share button, the result text you choose to send goes only to the app you choose.

Ads

The app is free and shows ads through Google AdMob: a banner on menu screens, a short ad after every few finished games, and an optional video if you ask for a hint. To show and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and use your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and your interactions with ads. This happens through Google's software in the app, not through us.

  • In the European Economic Area, the UK and some other regions, the app asks for your consent through Google's consent form before requesting ads. You can review or change your choice later in Settings → Ad privacy choices (shown where required).
  • You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).

What we do not do

  • No accounts, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts or location.
  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We do not currently use analytics or crash-reporting tools. If we add them, we will update this policy first.

Children

Sol Pudhir is not designed for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your choices and rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is usually nothing for us to access or delete. You can delete everything on your phone by uninstalling the app, and manage ad choices as described above. For any privacy question, write to info@oneplexo.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or UK GDPR) you may have additional rights, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app.
